By accessing and using OzHire AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

OzHire AI provides AI-powered resume generation, cover letter writing, job matching, interview preparation, and related career tools specifically designed for the Australian job market. Our service uses artificial intelligence to assist in creating professional career documents.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use this service.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Free & Paid Plans

  • Free Plan: Limited to 2 AI generations per day. All core features available.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited AI generations for $19/month. Billed through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Content & Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the information you provide (personal details, experience, skills).
  • AI-generated content (resumes, cover letters, interview prep) is provided for your personal use.
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before using it in job applications.
  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes from using our service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by OzHire AI is created using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed for accuracy. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content. Always review and verify generated content before submitting it to employers.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Creating fraudulent or misleading resumes with fabricated information
  • Using the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system
  • Sharing your account with others or reselling generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

OzHire AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
